General Information
Is the restaurant 21+ only?
Yes. Guests must be 21 or older with valid ID to enter.
Where are you located?
We are inside APEX Everett, in downtown Everett, Washington. You can find us at 1611 Everett Ave, Everett WA 98201 on the first level.
Do I need an event ticket to dine here?
No, you do not need a ticket to dine with us unless otherwise noted on specific event nights.
What are your hours of operation?
We open Monday - Friday at 11 AM for lunch and daily at 4 PM for dinner. Our closing hours are Monday - Thursday at 9 PM and Friday - Saturday at 10:30 PM. Hours may be extended on event nights.

What type of food do you serve?
Our menu features steak, seafood, elevated bar food, shareable plates.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a variety of options to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. We have a full bar with craft cocktails, local beers, and wines.
Can I order food and drinks during shows/events?
Yes, food and drink service continues throughout most events unless otherwise specified.
Seating & Reservations
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended on event nights. Please use our link on open table.
Do you offer group seating or private dining?
Yes, we can accommodate groups and private parties with advance notice. Please contact us at info@1611Everett.com or through our website at 1611Everett.com.
Events & Entertainment
Do you have live music or entertainment?
Yes. We regularly have music on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Check our event calendar for details.
Policies
What forms of ID do you accept?
Valid, government-issued photo IDs (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). Expired or digital IDs are not accepted.
Do you have a corkage fee?
Yes, $30 per bottle.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue. Designated areas may be available outside.
Do you allow outside food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Parking & Accessibility
Where can I park?
We have a small private lot to the north of our building and there are several nearby parking lots and street parking options around the venue.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue and restaurant are ADA compliant. Please make a reservation, or call ahead of visit and let us know.
